01.08.2025 – REGISTRATION DEADLINE

In order to assure your participation in our festival at the advertised rates and to be able to book the available types of accomodation, you need to register your team by this deadline and transfer the amount of pre-payment to our bank account.

01.08.2025 – DEADLINE OF PAYMENT

The outstanding amount of the participation fee (plus the costs of any additionally ordered optional services like AVA Passes or airport transfer) has to arrive to our bank-account by no later than 1st August 2025

19.08.2025 – DAY 0, TEAMS’ ARRIVAL

The teams arrive to Brașov and before to check in to the accommodation they register to the tournament. 

20.08.2025 – DAY 1, OPENING CEREMONY

The games start according to the shedule.

21.08.2025 – DAY 2

Games according to the shedule.

22.08.2025 – DAY 3

Games according to the shedule.

23.08.2025 – DAY 4

Semi-finals according to the shedule, semi-finals.

24.08.2025 – DAY 5, FINALS, MEDAL CEREMONY, TEAMS’ DEPARTURE

Games according to the shedule, finals and medal ceremony after each games.
