  • Teams need to transfer 25% of the participation fee (costs of accommodation and meals) along with the entire amount of the entry fee as pre-payment by no later than 15th June 2025.

  • The outstanding amount of the participation fee (plus the costs of any additionally ordered optional services) has to arrive to our bank-account by no later than 1st August 2025

  • Please also make sure to transfer the exact amounts. Due to local billing and taxing rules, the organizers have no way of refunding any overpayment.

  • Payments must be credited to our account no later than 01.08.2025. Otherwise, a seat in the tournament may be left to the teams on the waiting list.

  • Please note that international transfers may take up to several days, make sure to plan your transfer accordingly. No payments are accepted after the start of the tournament. In case of any unsettled payments, registration of the team is denied, and the team will not be allowed to participate in the tournament.

Cancellation Policy:

If participation at the tournament is cancelled by no later than 1st August 2025, 50% of the amount already paid(excluding the pre-payment) will be refunded. Beyond this date, no refunds can be issued. 
Pre-payment is not refundable!
