ADMISSION RULES

• Players may compete in their club’s team according to their age category or in an older category.
• Circulation of a player between a club’s different teams of the same age category is not permitted.
• The list of the players is required on the arrival at the registration. Only players on the list are allowed to participate in the matches.
• Each team needs to consist of at least 12 players.
• Only up to 16 players can be registered to each game, with the names clearly indicated on the match protocol sheet.

Age Categories

• MU18 / WU18: born 2008 – 2009
• MU16 / WU16: born 20010 – 2011
• MU14 / WU14: born 2012 – 2013
• MU12 / WU12 : born 2014 – 2015

• MU18, MU16 / WU18, WU16 categories: 2 x 30 minutes
• MU14 / WU14 categories: 2 x 25 minutes
• MU12 / WU12 categories: 2 x 20 minutes
• Half-time: 5 minutes
• Suspension: 1 minute
• One timeout per half

• Win = 2 Points
• Tie = 1 Point
• Lose = 0 Points

BALL SIZES

• size 3 – MU18, MU16
• size 2 – WU18, WU16, MU14
• size 1 – WU14, WU12, MU12

IDENTIFICATION, CERTIFICATIONS, PLAYERS’ DOCUMENTS

All participants need:

• Passport or ID card 
• The officials are responsible for the athletes’ medical insurance

• The officials are responsible for all players to be insured and medically certified for sports by a doctor 

All teams need to be equipped with:

• A complete list of names with addresses
• Two different colored sports dresses
• Upon request, players must be able to provide proper identification and proof of age at any time before the match

RULES OF THE GAMES AND SPECIAL SITUATIONS

• • Each team must have their own trainer.
  • Rules of IHF and the Romanian Handball Federation are applied.
  • All rankings will be decided during the tournament.

• • The final tie between two or more teams with equal points is made according to the following criteria placed in order:
  • the result in points between the teams in question
  • goal difference in direct matches
  • the highest number of goals scored, away, in direct matches
  • goal difference in all matches
  • the highest number of goals scored in all matches
  • In the ranking games, in case of a tie, the tie-breaker is made by the execution of throws from 7 meters, in number of 5 throws. If the score is equal even after the throw from 7 m, throws from 7 m will continue, and the team that misses first will lose
